We need a creative thinker and designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of colorful?and often demanding?client personalities. You?re someone who doesn't just create ?pretty designs,? you think through objectives and makes decisions that result in creative solutions (that just happen to be visually amazing!). When you encounter a challenge, you sink your teeth into it like there?s no tomorrow.AB1 You?re a quick study who?s willing to roll up your sleeves, dig in your heels, and tackle every obstacle that comes your way.
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Translate objectives into effective design ? including banner ads, vendor pages (microsites), and more
Design killer projects using Adobe Creative Suite
Interface with clients ? and personalities ? both internal and external
Project manage multiple projects simultaneously (amid break-neck speeds!)
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
Stellar design skills (and an online portfolio that showcases them)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other industry software packages
Experience with HTML, CSS and jQuery
Out-of-this-world project management skills
Killer communication skills across a wide spectrum of personalities
A strong work ethic (9 ? 5 is just a Dolly Parton song to you)
Agility. You can think on your feet and adapt well to a quickly changing environment
Experience with web or interactive projects is a plus
