Description
E2open is currently seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our corporate marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, the graphic designer will work both collaboratively and independently on a wide variety of projects that support the company?s marketing, sales, and product development efforts. The successful candidate will have an outstanding ability to communicate technical or complex concepts through clear, relevant, and engaging visual designs that advance the corporate brand.
Responsibilities include:
Manage E2open?s visual presence across all interactive channels, including e2open.com, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other third-party placements
Design and produce graphics for sales/marketing materials as requested, including: web site pages and templates; emails and email templates; landing pages and templates; PowerPoint presentations and templates; trade show signage and booth graphics; print and banner/interactive advertisements; corporate collateral (e.g., data sheets, white papers, case studies) for online and print -- any graphics needed for online/offline communications
Provide graphic design support for product teams as requested (e.g., icons, UI design)
Evolve and maintain E2open?s brand guidelines and serve as E2open?s brand steward to ensure consistency of design and brand standards across all communications
Work directly publications and other third-party marketing channels to submit deliverables as needed; work with outside creative agencies on special projects as needed
Maintain a library of reusable graphics for corporate-wide use
Manage a production schedule and work requests
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, fine arts, or equivalent
Minimum seven (7) years of experience working as a graphic designer with at least 4 years in a corporate marketing department, preferably at an enterprise software company
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Media Encoder, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically using PowerPoint and Word for user-friendly templates and simple to advanced presentation materials
Knowledge of HTML and online layouts/WYSIWYG editors
General understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Experience designing for Marketo and Expression Engine CMS a big plus
Comfortable shooting photos or videos on an ad hoc basis (when professional photographer/videographer is unnecessary or unavailable)
Must have a portfolio with samples of print and online work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
