We?re looking for a talented, creative, smart, passionate graphic designer to join a highly motivated marketing team. The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for all aspects of DNN?s branded marketing materials - including the website ? applying industry best practices to improve key marketing and sales metrics. The Sr. Graphic Designer is also responsible for maintaining, expanding upon and protecting the corporate brand. This position is full-time and based in San Mateo, CA.
Maintain and improve the corporate website visitor experience, information architecture, navigation, and brand aesthetic.
Design website pages using existing branded templates and design new templates as needed.
Create and edit landing page and email templates for Marketo.
Create compelling, eye-catching banner ads.
Develop l slide presentations, infographics, and other awareness assets for content marketing campaigns.
Maintain and expand the branded image library as needed, with new icons, buttons, calls-to-action and other design elements, which are consistent with the existing style.
Design and update print collateral templates and layout copy for data sheets, whitepapers and other sales enablement materials.
Design other marketing materials like signage, flyers, sales presentations, etc.
Enforce brand standards and guidelines within and outside of the company.
Manage external designers as necessary for overflow projects.
Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience with 2 years of corporate graphic and web design and development.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other common design tools.
Hands-on experience using Web Content Management Systems.
Experience designing and coding HTML landing pages, email templates, and web forms for third party automation services (Marketo) applying industry best practices.
Strong design aesthetic and commitment to quality, with a portfolio of fresh, professional designs.
Capable of exercising creativity while working within corporate brand guidelines.
Strong print production and prepress skills.
Excellent communication skills in order to gain support for ideas and influence others.
Ability to work collaboratively and accept constructive criticism.
Flexible and responsive, and able to handle last minute curve balls with grace.
Strong project and time management skills, in order to manage a diverse workload and competing deadlines.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
