Position Summary: A Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization, design and production of various print, web and multimedia projects. This position will manage numerous projects simultaneously with both internal team members and outside vendors.Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Assist in the creative direction and development of overall brand.
Develop branded collateral (print and online) and Web pages.
Assist in developing corporate and product focused videos.
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for the marketing and sales teams.
Create design elements (e.g. icons) for Bomgar product team.
Collaborate with marketing team members and outside agencies on design projects.
Concept and implement various print collateral, direct mail, multimedia, product demos, audio/video productions, graphic standards, logos, trade show graphics, photo shoots, web design, illustrations, print ads and package design.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree with major in related field (e.g. Fine Arts)
At least one year experience in design field
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography
Storyboarding for video productions
Print and web design capabilities
Knowledge and ability to execute work in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver & Flash
Knowledge and proven skills in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Video and animation experience a plus (knowledge of such programs as Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere, Aftereffects)
Solid proofing skills
Work Skills
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
Ability to interpret abstract concepts into tangible deliverables
Must possess strong skills in design, composition and typography
Strong creative skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Able to effectively organize, multitask and prioritize
