BrandMuscle is not a creative agency. However, we do employ a Graphic Operations production team to work with creative materials supplied by our clients and their creative teams.
The Graphic Implementation Associate Role (GIA) provides exceptional service to our clients in their role of managing new client creative during the Implementation process. This individual works with the Graphic Implementation Specialist to manage creative projects for a new client from inception through execution. Exemplary project management skills are essential for success in this position. This position requires a combination set of skills that include graphic software knowledge and product management skills.
Under general direction of the Graphic Implementation Specialist the GIA?s responsibilities include:
Assisting with and managing multiple projects of a complex nature, including assigning individual responsibilities for the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing a schedule to ensure completion of projects
Consistently ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables
Project management of creative templates with the assistance of Client Service and the Graphic Implementation Specialist
Working with Client Service and Graphic Operations teams to review template count, creative status, and project timelines
Preparing images; cropping, scaling, and converting color to grayscale for use in various media types (newspaper, magazine, banner, etc.).
Pre-flighting creative materials; including verification of color space, resolution, bleeds, fonts, mechanical specifications, etc.
Developing project scope documents that track project target start, testing, and completion dates; maintaining timeline as assigned.
Managing client specific documentation through Implementation phase
Demonstrated track record of successful project management either independently or with assistance
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
The ability to plan, manage and track assigned multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
Excellent communication skills
Good problem solving skills: able to identify issue, define cause, document resolution, and implement solution.
Experience with Adobe applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat/Distiller, Quark XPress, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Proficiency on both Mac and PC platforms
The ability to communicate effectively when speaking about graphics standards and processes with both internal and external clients
The ability to be a self-directed leader with exceptional organizational skills
One to Two years of project management experience, one to two years of graphic design or software experience
Advertising industry knowledge a plus
Experience with Dreamweaver, Flash or HTML a plus
