AppNeta is looking for a highly motivated Salesforce.com Administrator who will report to our CFO. The ideal candidate must be experienced in Salesforce.com from an Administrator perspective, be highly analytical, have a good understanding of web-based operations, and excellent facility with Excel. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment, passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
--Work with Sales team to maintain and improve sales operations
--Builds reports, dashboards, workflows, customizations, etc. in Salesforce.com
--Perform day-to-day Salesforce.com functions for database maintenance
--Prepare and analyze daily/weekly & monthly sales data
--Quickly gain a deep understanding of our sales processes
--Develop Monthly Sales Dashboard reporting package for senior sales management
--Working knowledge of Salesforce.com analysis and reporting
--Utilize Excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis
--Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
--Analyze and respond to inquiries from the sales team
--Sales metric development, monitoring and reporting
--Perform special projects as required
Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree required; CS or Finance related background is a plus
--1-3 years experience in a sales environment, internet or tech start-up background is a plus
--At least 1 year of Salesforce.com Administrator responsibilities, Salesforce.com Certification is preferred
--Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com
--Experience using DemandTools, PeopleImport, Marketo, etc.
--Solid experience with Excel such as formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups
--Keen ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
--Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
--Energy, enthusiasm and hands-on attitude
--Strong organizational skills
