Biomarker Development ProgramThe selected candidate will be part of the strategic decision-making on the Companys research and technology development. As group leader, he/she will be responsible for setting short and long term goals for the Biomarker Development Program. The selected candidate will oversee and lead an interdisciplinary team, will aggressively solve technical challenges, will have overall scientific responsibility on collaborative projects, and finally will contribute to envisioning our future developments.
Qualifications
PhD with several years relevant research and development experience, including in industry setting
Proven track record in state-of-the-art technologies in cellular biology, immunology and biochemistry
Strong skills in assay development and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities
Excellent computer and database education to effectively interact with our Bioinformatics team
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
