Job Duties include:o Provide customer support on all content related issues
o Support of iContent offering including management and distribution of online content libraries
o Support Services engagements providing content expertise on a project basis
o Support Sales in content related sales engagements
o Validation of customer content
o Facilitate content integration workshops for Plateau customers
o Serve as general subject matter expert for online learning standards (AICC and SCORM) and how content works with the Plateau environments
Required Qualifications:
o In-depth knowledge of online learning standards (AICC and SCORM)
o Working experience (up to 5 years) with front-end technologies including XML, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JSP
o Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
o Experience with network architecture including hardware and software components
o Great trouble shooting and people skills
o Familiarity and experience on either Oracle 9i/10g.
o Enthusiastic, reliable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Bachelors Degree required.
