Job Duties include:Support of the iContent Service offering including:
- Management and distribution of online content libraries.
- Validation of partner eLearning content.
- Management and configuration of custom applications and associated infrastructure.
- Technical support of customer issues.
- Technical support of content team issues and projects
- Reporting and validation of customer and team projects
Required qualifications:
- Working knowledge of technologies including IIS, Apache, XML, HTML, Java, Ant, JavaScript, Windows, Unix, Akamai, TCP/IP, Oracle.
- Experience with Application servers including Jboss, and WebLogic.
- Basic familiarity with network architecture including hardware and software components.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
