Plateau is seeking a Implementation Manager II to join our Hosting / SaaS Product Operations Team. Based out of our Headquarters in Arlington, VA. (across from Ballston Metro).
Job Duties include:
o Functional management of Product Operations products and services
o Contributing project management best practices, tools and techniques to increase performance across teams
o Managing internal customers, key stakeholders, and 3rd party expectations
o Requirements gathering and proposal of new Data Center products and services
o Providing project management of initiatives and innovations within the Product Operations team
o Perform weekly meetings with Plateau project managers to refine hosted offering and identify pain points
o Work in conjunction with the Operations Management to ensure client satisfaction
o Drive the development of internal products and services to allow for greater interaction with other groups inside Plateau
o Drive the development of external products and services (i.e. Customer Portal, Management Decision Systems)
o Drive requirements around backup and recovery, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation
o Work with internal customers to refine offerings and implementation strategies
o Consult on various other projects as required
Required Qualifications:
o 3-5 years of experience in IT industry
o 2+ years of proven leadership or management experience
o Technology related advanced degree preferred or commensurate experience
o Excellent oral and written communications skills
o Excellent client and personal relationship skills; enthusiastic, hard working and pleasant attitude.
