The Program Manager will be responsible for expanding our business with our State, Local and Non-Profit customers while providing senior level project oversight for our software implementations and acts as an ongoing interface between Plateau and customers during the post implementation phase. This individual will manage Plateau consultants assigned to their customers engagements. The Program Manager must have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. The Program Manager must have a proven track record of leading large, complex software implementations through the entire implementation lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Job Duties include:
o Develop strategies, in conjunction with our sales team, to expand our customers use of Plateau services within the State, Local and Non-Profit arenas
o Work closely with the Plateau Sales team to scope, sell, and deliver Plateau consulting projects
o Provide Engagement Oversight across simultaneous Plateau implementation projects at client sites throughout the United States.
o Provide active support throughout the project life cycle to ensure we are meeting customer expectations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Support Project Managers with key engagement functions including project financials, risk management, consultant staffing, implementation project plan, project staffing, budgets, and key project issues.
o Serve as primary post-sales interface between Plateau and designated customers.
o Coordinate with and support sales efforts by our experienced sales team
o Support key practice activities including hiring, employee development and talent management.
o Provide implementation risk management support to the project team and act as key point of escalation for customer issues.
o Serve as the primary post implementation point of contact for additional services opportunities.
o Work with Plateau Product Management to channel client feedback into future releases of the Plateau product suite.

Required Qualifications:
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
o Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex IT projects
o Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams
o Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of clients personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to project managers
o Ability to identify additional services sales opportunities
o Ability to work successfully with sales personnel
o The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years experience of program and client management expertise from within software consulting and professional services firms experiencing rapid growth
o Big 5 Experience a plus
o Minimum 4 year bachelors degree required
o Prior experience supporting U.S. Government customers - preferred
o U.S Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance - preferred
o Experience with government regulations and compliance guidelines, including but not limited to section 508 compliance - recommended.
