Position Summary:
As part of the Domain Services and Acquisitions team, the position will manage the dotBrand Program and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of MarkMonitor services related to launch and operations of "dotBrand" Top Level Domain (TLD) registries. The program manager will take multiple client facing projects from inception through delivery ensuring all required milestones and deliverables are completed as communicated. The ability to work and achieve desired goals with minimal supervision is critical.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the dotBrand Program as a whole, tracking all related projects? milestones and deliverables.
Direct complex client projects involving a number of internal resources as well as external partners who are involved in delivery of pieces of the project.
Act as a single point of contact for all aspects of a project?s lifecycle to both internal and client contacts who will be involved in different aspects of the project.
Work independently with clients and partners to understand requirements and to develop both high-level and detailed project plans which will be used to guide the projects to successful outcomes.
Build strong, collaborative long-term working relationships with both internal and client personnel.
Effectively communicates with individuals in varying levels of an organization, including executive management.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and third party partners.
Proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner; escalate issues as needed.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Work with international clients which will require schedule flexibility in order to interact with clients in different time zones.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years related work experience in a company or department with a heavy emphasis on delivering technology services
3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of the project lifecycle
Bachelor?s degree or higher required
Experience managing a program made up of multiple projects
Experience managing projects with both internal and external dependencies
Experience with the software development lifecycle
