GTM Manager - Customer Success (EWM) AtTask

Are you passionate about delighting customers and ensuring their success?
As a GTM Manager, you?ll be responsible for ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with our Enterprise Work Management (EWM) solutions ? from purchase to longterm value.
Provide gotomarket consistency across all customerfacing roles
Work closely with customers, services, customer success, sales teams and others to become an expert on the success and ongoing satisfaction for EWM solutions.
Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates AtTask services.
Define best practices available to customers including the approach, setup configuration, adoption, usage, efficiency and measurement.
Constantly measure and analyze the performance and effectiveness of services marketing campaigns using data from Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, win/loss analyses and other sources.
Ensure the right messages and a true understanding of buyer behavior underpin everything the marketing and services team creates from presentations and training to marketing collateral and tools.
Work closely with the services and customer success teams to develop campaigns and activities that deliver high rates of customer success, adoption, and renewals.
Clearly communicate AtTask?s value proposition to the services team and assist in the creation of enablement materials that help ensure success.
Help create compelling content that is which guides customers through each stage of the implementation, onboarding and usage process.
Clearly articulate the AtTask EWM story and the company?s unique value proposition as a customer representative and advocate.
Plan the launch of new services solutions and manage the crossfunctional implementation of those plans.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably working with SaaS solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills and the ability to teach complex concepts simply and concisely through great storytelling
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals
Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine marketing effectiveness, ROI and forecasting
Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail
Passion and skill for leading and partnering with crossfunctional teams and customers
Working knowledge of Salesforce, web analytics and marketing automation tools
Confident, positive, energetic, professional and teamoriented attitude
Selfmotivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fastpaced environment
