Workday's Education Services group is looking for a Content Developer with experience that runs the entire gamut of creating quality training offerings from education concept to development to delivery.
Â
The ideal candidate will be able to develop course materials that effectively convey critical knowledge and expertise on Workday business application to diverse audiences, including customers, implementation consultants, partners, and application developers. Experience as an instructor or teaching environment is ideal.  You will have the ability to define the content requirements, create deliverables, and see the work through, including delivery of the content into our Learning Management System. In addition, a proven ability to independently manage projects is highly desirable.Â

This position requires the ability to collaborate with Workday Instructors, Development, Professional Services, Product Support and Product Management to ensure accuracy of course content and use of functionality, and for relevancy of course offerings. You should be passionate about the quality of what you do with an intense desire to continue to make everything you are involved in better. You should also be ready to work hard but have a lot of fun doing it!

Experience/ Responsibilities/Skills/Education:
â¢Â            Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning technologies, training and management or similar coursework required
â¢Â            Experience with ERP applications and practices in a training, implementation, or product management capacity are a plusÂ
â¢Â            Proven track record of managing multiple deliverables produced by large, diverse teams
â¢Â            Experience in creating and delivering technology-based and classroom training on software applications, business processes and soft skills topics
â¢Â            Ability to develop and deliver the application training content as required based on customer and internal education needs
â¢Â            Ability to create course presentations, lecture, supporting handouts, and exercises, mobile learning and On Demand Education (ODE)
â¢Â            Define course objectives and deliverables based on course offering and audience
â¢Â            A technical aptitude is a plus
â¢Â            Bachelor degree or higher is required
â¢Â            Experience with Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Cloud Suite) a plus
