Duties include the following: answer user questions about the Community, assist with content placement - tagging and navigation, train content authors, write digests and engage subject matter experts to help answer forum questions. This person will also assist with testing enhancements and fixes. Â
The duties can be learned on the job. Though familiarity in the following is desired:
- HR and Financials subjects
- Â HTML
- CSS
- some exposure to programming and programming tasks such as testing
- Experience with Drupal, is a strong plus, but not required.
