Join Workday's technical security team as a Security Analyst. This position is responsible for SOC monitoring, tools monitoring and maintenance, incident response support, and on-call support. You will be responsible for working closely with the Operations, NOC, Network, Network Security, IT teams, and other members of the Security Operations team in providing real-time monitoring, reporting, tuning, and response to security related monitoring and events. This is a critical role that puts you in the frontline of identifying and protecting against risks to Workday and Workdayâs infrastructure.Â

Skills and Experience:
â¢Â About 1 year of experience in an equivalent security role.
⢠Experience with designing network security solutions for large distributed environments.
⢠Working experience with IDS/IPS/HIDS systems, DLP systems, firewalls, SIM/SEM systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.
⢠Deep understanding of network and application security threats, attack techniques, and mitigation options.
⢠Strong knowledge of network related protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, IPSEC, routing protocols, etc.)
⢠Solid knowledge of securing all major operating systems.
⢠Good understanding of forensic analysis techniques and tools.
⢠Strong communications skills, both written and oral.
⢠Organized, responsive, and highly thorough problem solver.
⢠Able to gain support and consensus with multiple stakeholders.
⢠Relevant Security, Systems, and Networking certifications a plus.
⢠BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
