Hardware Architecture Director Magnum Semiconductor

Magnum is currently seeking an experienced Architecture Director to join our Milpitas team. The successful candidate will lead the architecture team and will be responsible for managing architectural definition of Magnum's silicon products. This position reports to the VP of Hardware Engineering.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage chip definition process from concept to mass production
Drive continuous improvement of quality of silicon
Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure, flow and processes
Drive continuous improvement in project planning and tracking



Qualifications:

MSEE/PhD or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant experience
Execution driven, ability to challenge the team
Solid background in architecting complex SoC's
Proven track record in managing the definition of complex chip design from concept to mass production
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience in video or graphics strongly preferred
