Customer demand for HarvestMark is growing quickly, and so is our sales team. We?re looking for talented, articulate, high-energy Sales Executives to lead the charge selling the HarvestMark solution to fresh produce brands.
The successful candidate will have proven success using consultative sales skills to land major customers and build market share. We bring the top brand, a fantastic network of advisors and customers, and the leading solution to these sales motions. We?re looking for someone that is driven to win, knows how to develop strategic account strategies, builds customer for life relationships, and can execute to close and then grow business with customers.
We believe proximity to our core customers is of tremendous value, and thus we are looking for candidates ideally based in California and Florida. Open to discussing other locations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience selling solutions in the food or agriculture segments, with preference shown to those with demonstrated success selling to fresh produce or fresh food brands
Experience selling supply chain, data analytics, ecommerce, warehouse management, marketing, or ERP solutions.
7+ years experience selling software solutions, and ideally experience selling software-as-a-service products.
Proven track record of nurturing and developing long-term, trusted, customer relationships, with an understanding of the customers? businesses and how to align and present solutions for the customers? success
Demonstrated ability to learn a product line, listen to customer needs, articulate those needs to inside resources to facilitate innovation where required, position the solution to win, and close business.
Developed a region or market segment, from developing territory, segment, and customer account plans, to executing those plans to exceed their quotas
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior professionals from operations, marketing, and the executive level in the targeted accounts.
Demonstrated ability to help lead and coach a small team in addition to sales responsibilities
A passion to listen, learn, innovate, and a commitment always act with integrity to earn the trust of colleagues and customers everyday.
BS/BA required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
