Workday's Knowledge Management team is looking for a Curriculum Architect with the ability to transform Human Capital Management (HCM) content into engaging, interactive, and effective training deliverables for customers and consultants. In this role, you will be accountable for guiding and navigating the full lifecycle and business success of HCM training content.
Your success will be closely tied to your ability to collaborate with Workday Instructors, Product and Services focused teams, Customers, and Partners to ensure happy customers, thriving teams, and scalable, successful offerings. Equally important will be your passion and initiative for quality both in deliverables and processes, your work ethic, and your can-do approach to helping others and getting things done.
Required Referenceable Skills/Experience
2+ years of Workday HCM Product experience and general HCMÂ domain expertise.
Demonstrated ability to createÂ engaging, interactive, and effective training and performance support Â Â Â Â materials that support the course learning objectives.
ProvenÂ ability to independently manage projects and formal/informal teams, including multiple deliverables produced by large, diverse teams, on tight timelines.
Strong advisor/partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other Â Â Â Â business partners. Experience providing training consultations or recommendations preferred.
4+ years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, instructional technology highly desired.Â
DemonstratedÂ application of adult learning principles and instructional design practices is required.
A technical aptitude is a plus.
Bachelor degree required.Â Masters degree or equivalent experience degree preferred.
