Eligible candidates should possess the following experiences:
Commercial Growing. Must have significant commercial growing experience expertise.
Food Safety. Must have been part of an operation that was food safety audited/certified.
Must have significant experience with hydroponics in high-tech greenhouses (computer controlled).
Must have experience with IPM programs.
Authentically Green. Must sincerely care about leading the movement to improve the environmental impact of the food supply chain.
Grocery Industry. Must have worked in a team that supplied produce to the supermarket/grocery industry.
Fanatical Service. Must be able to thrive as a leader in a culture that is committed to providing a fanatical level of customer service.
Located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Minnesota or New York.
