What would I do?
Whatever it takes to target, prospect, and analyze new business and markets while identifying key decision makers.
Close new deals and onboard new locations. Grow the number of parking locations and companies partnering with SpotHero.
Be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with the new locations and parking management companies that you have brought on.
Take full ownership for the garage company's and manager's happiness with SpotHero.
What should I bring to the table?
You will need to be:
An inveterate hustler. You don't fold under pressure or turn into a jerk. Rather, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A relentless executer who is a Jack/Jill of many trades: biz dev, operations, and customer support. You're ready and excited to excel at any of these roles to keep SpotHero's lot managers and parking companies happy.
A highly curious problem solver with a voracious appetite for learning. You'll be faced regularly with new problems and challenges that are up to you to solve.
A person of the highest integrity. We'll be trusting you with a ton of responsibility and it's crucial that you have SpotHero's best interests in mind. You will be assuming responsibilities that currently sit with the CEO. Your role will be core to SpotHero. Trust is paramount.
What should I have accomplished to be ready for this role?
You will have built and nurtured successful long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors etc?
You will have identified an uncertain opportunity, structured a plan to pursue it, and executed the plan successfully.
You will have earned an undergraduate degree.
