THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This role has overall responsibility for customer acquisition for all our games across in all platforms (mobile, Facebook, and .com). The focus will be both on optimizing existing acquisition channels, as well as finding additional sources of new customer to accelerate growth.
Manage and implement User Acquisition campaigns via a variety of channels for Facebook, Mobile, and .com games
Conduct in-depth post-campaign analytics on all user acquisition efforts
Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to make compelling creative.
Analyze, adjust and fine-tune all aspects of our campaigns including targeting, optimizing, etc.
Work with existing partners to continuously find and vet new partnerships for User Acquisition
Identify new channels of user acquisition across social and mobile platforms
Keep up to date on trends in Facebook and Mobile advertising, and research of the competition
Experience with buying and optimizing programs across self-service platforms such as Facebook, AdMob, iAds, and working with various ad networks
Experience working in the Internet, mobile, or social advertising space
Facebook advertising experience a plus, but some type of online advertising a must
Ability to manage time around unexpected situations and requests and prioritize workflow by opportunity
Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven organization
