Develop the brand positioning, values, and messaging for GSN Games that is unique and differentiated, but still broad enough to encompass strategic growth areas.
Define and oversee the execution of marketing strategy for new game launches with multi-channel touch points (e-mail, website, push notifications on Facebook and mobile, social, in-game, etc) that deliver against revenue and DAU targets
Be the voice of the customer as we develop new games or enter new markets
Develop innovative and data driven cross promotion programs to move users to different games and different platforms
Increase engagement and monetization through (1) Messaging strategy to increase retention, (2) Promotions strategy to increase token purchases, and (3) Incentives program encouraging players to come back
Create Lifecycle programs to reach New users as well as Lapsed users
Develop a VIP program to increase engagement from our highest monetizing players
Develop an additional currency to allow increased promotional flexibility and winning opportunities
Manage outbound retention and reengagement efforts via Email, App to user notification on Facebook, and Push notification on mobile
Minimum of 8-15 years of relevant CRM and leadership experience
Experience in a fast-moving consumer facing industry working in targeted/database marketing, driving strategies across channels
Intermediate understanding of methodologies used in CRM, such as customer segmentation, targeting, incremental performance reporting and variant testing
Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive decisions informed by data
Experience working with Facebook online marketing campaigns
