Position: Head of Sales
Remuneration: Salary, Commission and Equity to be negotiated
Location: San Francisco
Reciprocity, Inc. seeks an entrepreneurial self starter who can plan and execute to the point of closing, and deliver on monthly revenue targets. Familiarity with the start up environment, an understanding of the corporate environment and a proven track record in developing sales for software to nascent markets or early adopters is expected.
Reciprocity, Inc. is a burgeoning start up company established in 2009 with two co-founders based in San Francisco, who are passionate about making the world a better place. Reciprocity, http://recipro.com, provides an employee engagement Service as a Software (SaaS) solution to make corporate sustainability programs more effective, with measurable results, starting with sustainability goals. The software is on the verge of release and discussions are continuing with Fortune 100 to Fortune 1000 companies. Partners for rapid expansion are also in the works. The company is presently funded by the founders (MIT software entrepreneur and Wharton business executive) and has development and operational resources.
The company is developing a sales pipeline and now requires an experienced salesperson to rapidly grow the business. Join the team now while we're in the early and exciting stages. Essential Job Functions:
Owning the sales process and strategy through closure
Prospect and build an enterprise pipeline
Develop and maintain reporting
Meet and exceed targets
Recruit and manage sales team
You will report to the Chief Business Officer and will be expected to be part of a close management team.

Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years enterprise software sales experience (preferably HR software)
