Partner and consult with leaders to develop hiring plans that can be agile / regularly adjusted based on the revised business outlook
Implement efficient, scalable recruiting business processes which support our growth and hiring demand
Execute hiring plans, balancing full time recruiters and contractors with appropriate infrastructure
Develop the recruiting brand, recruiting messaging, and candidate-facing recruiting tools for Lithium in collaboration with marketing
Develop, partner and optimize various vendors to include search firms, job boards, social media, and ATS
Establish talent acquisition KPIs and dashboard to optimize hiring funnel and recruiting productivity
Embrace and evangelize Lithium?s culture and values; set the example
Lead and inspire hiring managers to achieve on aggressive hiring goals while building relationships for the long-term
Attract, retain and develop the best recruiting talent, manage performance consistently
A preference for and ability to thrive in dynamic and fast paced, high growth environments
A minimum of 10-15 years of successful recruiting experience
At least seven years of successful experience managing a recruiting department within a US based high-tech or fast ramping company
Ideally 3 years global recruiting experience
An in-depth knowledge of the talent market for high-tech and sales oriented industries in both the US and abroad
Past success at adapting recruitment strategies through various organizational stages
Solid working relationships with a wide variety of recruiting agencies globally
Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening, presenting)
Proven success in building and leading high performing recruiting teams
Proven track record managing senior leader relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines
Track record of successful recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill jobs.
Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, networks, social channels, cold calling, employee referral programs, meet-ups, events, viral buzz
Track record of developing innovative programs and campaigns to address recruiting needs
Strong management skills in hiring, managing performance, developing early career to senior level staff
Strategic thinking, able to participate and influence business planning, leading development of competitive strategies
