THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Head of Talent Information Systems is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including the development and execution of an HR technology strategy that aligns with the HR organizational objectives. Provides leadership and establishes an HRIS service delivery model that helps create business value by enabling work processes, operating efficiencies and technology enhancements for Airbnb.
Lead the overall strategy, implementation and oversight of Airbnb?s global HRIS system and related HR business solutions including technologies and tools supporting programs such as merit planning, performance management, talent management, succession planning, benefits enrollment, and benefit vendor management.
Develop an ongoing HR Systems road map with continued focus on streamlining and automating business processes. Ensure alignment with other internal technologies supported by key partners in Finance and IT.
Design systems specifications and recommend programming and customization changes that will reduce manual processes and increase technology ROI. Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement through technical solutions.
Work closely with Workday to ensure maximum utilization of the system.
Manage the planning, design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, training and supportive HRIS.
Ensure compliance and manage the maintenance, data integrity and security of the HRIS system. Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure processes and procedures are appropriately documented.
Lead the HRIS team and support the importance of culture at Airbnb.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Bachelor?s Degree + 7-10 years of HRIS experience with at least 5 years at a supervisor level.
Advanced knowledge of the Workday HRIS system required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support all levels of the organization, especially core strategic relationships.
Strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to all levels within and outside the organization.
Demonstrated experience in project management for the implementation and enhancement of HRIS systems and tools.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent problem solving and financial analysis skills including the ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Exceptional / advanced knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel.
