Who We Are Looking For
?We are looking for a head of visual design who wants to envision and create the next generation of user interfaces for customer service.
?As a design pioneer, you will invent user interfaces that combine speech, touch and other modalities to drive intuitive interactions on smartphones, tablets, and other connected consumer devices.
?You will collaborate with sales, product managers, architects, engineers, data scientists and other designers to bring your creations to life for the largest customer-focused enterprises in the world.
?The position is based in one of our two offices in the San Francisco Bay Area (Campbell or Alameda).

Your Experience
?You have experience working with Fortune 100 brands and can quickly and accurately translate business requirements into elegant, brand consistent solutions.
?You have an enviable portfolio of visual design for web and mobile consumer applications.
?Your verbal, written, and visual presentation skills are sharp and to the point.
?You articulate the trade-offs between concepts and make recommendations with ease and grace.
?You create visualizations of user interfaces that facilitate product implementation and delivery.
?You lead design reviews with confidence and poise.
?You love to develop project briefs and concept directions that inspire confidence and excitement in the teams you work with.
