This position is responsible for supporting the creation and management of data related to health content and health behavior designs for wellness products and services. The practical recommendations emerging from this work will drive relevant and engaging consumer experiences for one of the nation?s leading health and wellness program providers. It will also provide insight for content strategy, product management, health strategy and marketing managers. Experience with health data and understanding the principles in health behavior change are required.
Essential Job Functions:
Review, document and format health risk scoring algorithms and associated citations; update as required.
Identify and document consumer attributes that match best with different behavior change program recommendations. Attributes may include health, demographic, psychosocial, socio-economic and other characteristics.
Create and distribute reports from existing data sets and tools showing consumers? use patterns related to health habit formation and engagement with content and programs.
Assist in survey design.
Make recommendations to improve products and content based on data.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Completion or progress toward an associate?s or bachelor?s degree program in public health, research design, psychology or related field. Graduate degree progress preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and experience working with data
Self-starter who enjoys research
Public health or related degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare experience or interest
Work performed in downtown Minneapolis office (not work from home) during normal business hours (approximately 8 ? 5)
Employee Status: Non- Exempt, Part-Time
