As a member of the IHRM team, your primary focus will be on implementing the Patient Billing and Accounts Receivable application at our client's sites in the healthcare sector across Canada.
Ã˜ Troubleshoot reported client challenges, and document the problems for the support team and/or the development team
Ã˜ Travel to the client site, follow project implementation path, and establish a confident approach for training clients on the application
Ã˜ Follow up and track client issues during implementation
Ã˜ Update application documentation as required, and as per manager's request
Ã˜ Interface with VP/SVP leaders to support and explain the impacts of methodology changes
Ã˜ College/University degree in accounting or 5 years equivalent working experience.
Ã˜ Minimum of 2 years of implementation experience.
Ã˜ Indepth knowledge of patient accounting and accounts receivable applications in the healthcare sector.
Ã˜ Customer focused â€" willing and able to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
Ã˜ Strong Analytical, problem solving, and communication skills(both oral & written).
Ã˜ Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
Ã˜ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Ã˜ Knowledge of Oracle/SQL highly desired
Ã˜ Knowledge of Crystal Report Writer an asset
Ã˜ Use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project
