Reporting to the Manager, Client Experience, the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Integration Specialist will work to design, setup, and configure revenue cycle analytic data for multiple clients simultaneously. This associate is part of the Client Experience Support Team that provides excellent client service and builds strong client relationships.
Understand and utilize healthcare revenue cycle data for reporting and analysis.
Successfully implement SQL scripts, stored procedures and KPIs.
Update/modify/analyze healthcare revenue cycle reports, KPIs, data mappings and crosswalks.
Ensure quality of code prior to placing into production by effectively following technical guidelines and best practices.
Analyze and recommend methods for improving data flows and/or operational work flows.
Work with clients to troubleshoot, update, communicate, and resolve production issues.
Follow all client experience service standards.
Provide solution improvement ideas.
Must be willing to be on-call for after-hours support if the need arises.
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other IT field.
3 years advanced T-SQL knowledge/experience with SQL Server.
Minimum 3 years working with SQL Server database tables and stored procedures.
Minimum 3 years? experience in Business Analytics; primarily in the area of Hospital Revenue Cycle.
Minimum 2 years in a client facing role.
