Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Healthcare Support Analyst for our subsidiary, Nebo Systems in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
The Healthcare Support Analyst primary responsibility is to work with key clients in providing on-site and remote support for Passport?s products and to exceed client expectations through superior client relationship management, implementation support and training.
Duties:?Install and train end users
?Conduct table maintenance
?Develop custom edits with Business Office staff
?Develop global and payer edits
?Participate in existing and potential new customer demos
?Test new system releases and communicate findings to the development team
?Manage multiple customer expectations
?Investigate payer issues
?Review state and federal guidelines in support to the customer
?Conduct regular site visits with customers
?Identify the customer?s need for other Passport products and communicate timely to the account manager and appropriate Sales personnel.
?Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues from internal and external clients
?Effectively communicate with development and technical/customer support staff to resolve issues
?Learn, understand and identify client/customer problems and recognize core issues

Qualifications:?Bachelor?s Degree in Health or Computer Sciences (or equivalent work experience) required
?1-3 years hospital and physician billing experience required
?Knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10, and 5010 required
?Customer service and training experience required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
?Knowledge and understanding of medical insurance billing concepts
?Knowledge of MS applications
?Excellent communication skills
?Ability to work independently
?Patient Account background
?Knowledge of third party reimbursement process
