Gazelle is seeking a help desk associate to provide helpdesk support to employees in our Boston office, including OS X and Windows 7 & 8 users, with a particular focus on Google Apps, VOIP, Audiovisual, and Wi-Fi.
1-2 years of help desk experience with the following key technologies is required.
OS X Server administration
OS X Profile Management
OS X desktop
Windows 2008 Server administration
Windows 7 and 8 desktop
OS X NetBoot / NetInstall
MDM (Apple Profile Management and Meraki Systems Manager)
Citrix / Windows RDP
