Summary: The Help Desk Associate works in a customer service capacity answering inquiries from our dedicated shoppers. Strong work ethic, ability to learn fast, strong business acumen, creativity and common sense are essential, with the ability to interface with various departments within the company and with clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Field incoming inquiries and calls resulting from Market Force Information mystery shoppers.
Educate/ Guide shoppers in correct way to complete assignments.
Respond to inquiries via e-mail and phone from shoppers and shopper applicants.
Maintain quality of shopper database. Examine pre-generated reports to update shopper database based on information in the reports.
Participate in training of department processes to clients.
Assists in recruiting of new shoppers in remote locations by handling advertising postings online, sending follow up flyers, cold call recruiting, etc.

High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
