You will be the master over our internal helpdesk operations, the first line of defense for the hardware (Windows and Mac), software, and connectivity problems of our employees.
Keep a vigilant eye on our helpdesk ticketing system and dispatch quick and cordial assistance.
Build, upgrade, and repair company computers.
Create, maintain, and deploy OS images to all new computers.
Manage software updates and assure compliance on all machines.
Catalog and maintain an asset management system (Desktop Central) for company devices.
Create and manage user credentials for Active Directory, email, PBX system, etc?
Assist users remotely experiencing difficulties with VPN or access to services.
Manage physical and software phones for end users.
Manage email accounts and users permissions and distribution lists.
Document daily processes and troubleshooting methods for users.
Friendly with a true desire to help others.
Working knowledge of ticketing systems.
Ground up hardware assembly
OS imaging and deployment (OS Deployer, Ghost, etc.)
Experienced with Windows 7 and Server editions (2003, 2008, 2012)
OSX Mac experience preferred but not required
Linux experience a bonus, with the ability to expand on skillset
Understanding of Active Directory, account creations, password resets.
MS Office, especially Outlook management. (Office 365 a big plus)
Desire to not only maintain current processes, but improve upon them
Desired Experience and Knowledge
AA degree with a focus on computer science and 2 years work experience.
Certifications for A+ Network + are a plus
