Under general direction, the Help Desk Technician supports the day to day operations of customers, including
corporate IT infrastructure. The Help Desk Technician will report to the Director of Operations and will play an integral
role in the success of the group.

? Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols
? Ability to document and manage tickets utilizing call center tools
? Demonstrated commitment to maintaining accuracy and timeliness of help desk operations

? Must be available to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
? Experience documenting and mapping network topologies (Visio)
