Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are tired of the typical IT environment want to be part of a development team that will revolutionize the fitness industry.
The qualified candidate?s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Configuration and support for the LAN in a Windows-based environment
Top tier support for 100+ local users and assistance on the national help desk
Installation and configuration of software including the Microsoft Office suite
Installation, configuration and maintenance of PC hardware
Manage backup systems
50% travel to US locations
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Two or more years managing Windows environments (desktop, file/print, AD, Exchange, basic networking)
Previous experience in a helpdesk position
Previous experience handling multiple sites and multiple systems
Must be able to articulate assistance with technical issues on a basic level for employees to understand
Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills
Certifications are considered a plus (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco etc...)
Experience with network devices considered a plus
Experience with Linux considered a plus
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
