We are seeking an entry-level Helpdesk Technician to provide support and resolve tickets in a timely manner. Must be able to handle multiple open issues and provide excellent customer support. Will maintain ownership of issues assigned, and follow up with technical resources as necessary to ensure timely completion and communication back to end user.
At least 1-2 years' helpdesk experience
Experience troubleshooting hardware and networking issues
Must have a strong background providing hands on technical support
Experience with Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems
Networking background with (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems a plus
Experience with Linux a plus
