The Hiring Hotshot will work alongside the leaders during hiring; they?ll help to benchmark the role, recruit candidates, screen applications, interview candidates, and help make ?em an offer they can?t refuse. With Infusionsoft in a high growth stage, our Hiring Hotshot will help to hire hundreds of people in the next couple of years in all areas of the business.

Experience interviewing & screening applications

Experience in recruiting technical positions
Experience in recruiting director level and above positions
Have worked in SaaS company
Have worked in a fast growth company
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Tool
Marketing maven or copywriter in a past life
