Description
As a member of our Product Development group, your job would involve:
Understanding the functionality, features and limitations of MEDITECH's current Home Care software applications
Discussing application issues and potential solutions with internal staff and customers
Designing application screens and functionality that are flexible, meet user needs and are consistent with the MEDITECH User Interface model
Researching and understanding current issues and advances in the Home Care field
Keeping abreast of current state and federal regulations impacting the Home Care industry
Working with technical staff and Quality Assurance to ensure that designs are appropriately coded, tested and documented
Creating and maintaining up-to-date design documentation and demonstrating software
Assisting in training early adopter sites

Requirements
Bachelors degree is required
1-2 years experience in the field of Home Care
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good sense of visual design
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High desire to learn
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to set goals and meet deadlines
