Home Delivery Resolution Specialist Cypress Care

Objective/PurposeMake outbound calls to patients regarding Cypress Care?s pharmacy home delivery program, retain existing patients, fax doctors, work daily refill report and prior authorizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Must be able to utilize headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
? Position requires ability to work in a very structured environment with a diverse workforce.
? Must meet and exceed home delivery objectives and revenue targets.
? Must be able to adapt to dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environment.
? Accountable for call quality, productivity, attendance, and adherence to work schedule.
? Must be able to maintain accurate patient notes in claims management system and pharmacy processing application on all patient records.

? Assisting other departments with various data related tasks

Qualifications/Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Energetic and self-motivated
Exceptional communication skills are required, both written and oral.
Advanced knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software
Work experience should include a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must
