Responsible for delivering PDMS Hospital and Health Care system sales objectives for your region.
Essential Job Functions:
Work with Regional Manager (RM) and regional Sales Reps to identify and prioritize Hospital sales opportunities within Region
Responsible for targeting, prospecting, presenting and closing Hospital business throughout Region
Work with RM to attend/ manage hospital related tradeshows
Accountable for monthly forecasts and sales quotas
Attend/present in "Board" and "C" level hospital meetings
Deliver local and web based PDMS/Hospital presentations
Manage Hospital and Health Care system sales objectives in Region as your own business, including personal expenses
Entering necessary information into BioMedix CRM system on an ongoing basis
Monitor regional Hospital account programs and develop strategy with RM and BioMedix Hospital Administration team to maximize program(s) effectiveness and additional program expansion opportunities
Report any/all product issues to RM for investigation
Report back customer requests on new product enhancements to RM
Gain complete regional/national understanding of competition, reimbursement, new customers, market drivers
Complete monthly reports for RM
Network with strategic partners/companies (hospital consulting companies, device/pharma/etc.) in Region to ensure we are maximizing our exposure/awareness of our hospital program(s)
Develop and revise business plan for region 2 times/year
Complete and submit expense reports monthly
Define and prioritize Hospital opportunities within region within 45 days
Minimum of 1 Hospital sale in first 90 days
After first 90 days, maintain a minimum of 1.5 new Hospital sales per quarter
Achieve a minimum of $250,000 per quarter in sales
Exceed prior year sales quota
Understand the role of the Hospital Account Executive as it relates to the policies and procedures of the BioMedix Quality System
Non-Essential Job Functions:
Attend events to gain physician exposure
Spend 2 days per month in a cath. lab to enhance skill set regarding patient flow after a PADnet procedure
Professional Requirements:
5+ years administrative experience
Extremely organized and detailed
Excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Superior Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work without supervision
