We are looking for a Part Time (15-20 hours per week) Admin for engagement team. Our office environment is very fun- but can also be very demanding. Previous experience coordinating appointments is a huge plus. Your primary responsibility as our Admin Assistant will be to support team of Transition Outreach Coordinators, ensure client?s appointments are scheduled and data in our Transition Concierge software is accurate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:
?Coordinate initial coaching calls between new registrants and job coaches
?Data entry/data audit within the Transition Concierge software
?Handle other administrative responsibilities as needed
?2-3 years of administrative support experience
?Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
?Ability to develop and execute general office processes
?Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
?Can work with minimal direction and is highly motivated to succeed
?Self-starter with high energy and desire to learn
?Multi-tasker with excellent time-management skill; ability to prioritize work load
?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
