MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the point-of-contact for eOPF document maintenance
Receives all loose paper documents to be added to eOPFs for headquarters and region employees
Scans documents and ensures they are added to the related employee's eOPF
Prepares documents and ships to the vendor
Inputs data into the system and creates labels
Prepares boxes for shipping and arranges for pickup
Transfers eOPFs to the appropriate agency
Creates and maintains the Employee Performance Files (EPFs)
Codes and processes personnel actions using FPPS
Provides advice and counsel to employees on HR benefits under the advisement of the HR Specialist
Ability to obtain a clearance
HS diploma, or equivalent, with one year office experience
Knowledge of eOPF or similar systems
