JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of Functions:
The chosen candidate will have several years experience administering benefits as well as utilization of Lawson and Kronos.
Job functions include, but are not limited to:
Provide effective customer service to our employees for Human Resource Services and Benefit related activities by maintaining a strong understanding of benefit plans, pay cycles, and eligibility rules
Answer basic employee questions, escalating when appropriate
Ensure that benefit and other forms have been completed properly by the employees and then key elections into the Lawson system
Perform data entry into Lawson and Kronos (new hires, changes, terminations etc)
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of Lawson, Kronos and the connections between the two systems
Run daily, weekly and biweekly audits
Provide ad-hoc reporting services using Lawson Query, Lawson and/or Crystal Reports
Process severance payments and maintain tracking spreadsheet
Special projects and reporting as required
Experience:
Benefit Administration
Excel, Word, Lawson, and Kronos
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
