Reporting directly to the head of Global Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR leadership team that is committed to building an exceptional employee experience.
Representing the business needs of the client departments yet balancing those with the goals of the entire organization, the HR Business Partner will have influence in all areas of HR, but most importantly in organizational design, employee development, training, compensation and acquiring top talent. The role will provide leadership in driving and executing HR initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor to department management to further the success of the client departments and the company as a whole and its drive to be a best place to work.
By developing a deep understanding of client department and corporate business goals, aligns HR strategies, programs, and resources to achieve desired results.
Provide on-site direction, guidance and coaching to management and employees as well as to remote staff at various locations.
Identify development and training needs of the client group and design programs and initiatives to support career growth and opportunities.
With client partners and Talent Acquisition Team, develop strategic workforce plans and support the execution of those plans.
Participates in the development and deployment of a performance management program and measures success of program.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Coach managers be effective leaders.
Work with business leadership team to introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives to enhance overall performance.
Adapt and promote best in class practices, foster collaboration across sites, ensure smooth implementations of HR solutions and build the overall capability of the organization.
7+ years in an HR Business Partner role or strategic HR Manager role supporting sales, with a depth of experience in employee development, management coaching, organizational design, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR project management and program implementation.
A strategic thought leader with a track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees within the corporation and have a history of implementing successful programs.
Experience guiding organizations through periods of substantial growth.
Proven leadership in driving and executing HR initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Ability to build trusted relationships through all levels of the organization.
Ability to develop creative solutions to meet business and employee need.
Strong personal commitment to succeed.
Action oriented - enjoys working hard and full of energy for challenges.
BA required, Masters preferred
