Airbnb is looking for an innovative HR Business Partner for certain teams in our Headquarters. This role is based in our San Francisco office.The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, has a passion for proactive employee relations and builds strong relationships with leaders and employees. Airbnb?s Headquarters HR Partner will deliver a full range of HR products, services and solutions for the teams they support.
Responsibilities:
Talent and performance management
Understand Airbnb?s Engineering and Product teams, its talent needs and advise on organization design and individual performance, including key talent identification, recognition and rewards, attendance management and performance improvement.
Employee Relations
Proactively work with managers, team leads and employees to understand employee needs and implement products and solutions that foster a collaborative culture and work environment that is focused on the customer experience.
Consult with managers and employees to resolve individual employee relations situations, including investigations, terminations and claims to ensure that resolution is consistent with Airbnb?s culture and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Manage leaves of absence in partnership with managers and our third party providers.
Recruiting
Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and work with our Recruiting team to recruit and hire the very best.
Metrics
Provide relevant reports and analysis.
Requirements:
6+ years of progressive HR experience in a high growth environment, including experience directly supporting technical or engineering teams.
A high energy, thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and also see the big picture.
Off the charts communications and relationship building skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse and valuable team.
Well-developed analytical and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive employee issues.
Demonstrated success with a technical team.
