Undertone is looking for a Human Resources professional to partner with our sales and sales support teams. The person will play an essential role in the growth and development of the sales team as the company looks to continue its unprecedented growth and success.
Specifically, the HR Business Partner will:
Oversee HR processes such as goal setting, development planning and performance appraisal, partnering with client organizations to ensure value added application for the function. Includes administration of processes, providing training, guidance & support, monitoring compliance
Provide thoughtful and effective coaching on people management & organizational issues including organizational design, change management, team building, and overall effectiveness.
Work alongside client groups to define workforce strategy and operational plans. Liaise with other functions such as finance, recruitment, and facilities to ensure alignment across organizational stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance on functional matters such as compensation design and application, performance management, etc.
Monitor culture through employee discussions, exit interviews, manager feedback, employee survey results, turnover analysis, etc. Suggest changes to improve results.
Manage employee relations issues / investigations / guide conflict resolution
Partner with other HR leaders to ideate and improve key HR programs
A minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least three in a generalist or HR partner role
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment
Can quickly build credibility and exert strong influence on key constituents - Ability to develop relationships as a trusted advisor and coach
High degree of business acumen; must understand fundamentals of business
Prefer experience in a fast-paced sales environment with command of sales compensation principles
Proven knowledge in employment law, including regulatory compliance, terminations and EEOC claims
Bachelor?s degree, Master?s preferred. PHR / SPHR desirable
Must be collaborative in approach
