Job Description

In this role, you will support and partner with business leaders in organizational design and development, performance and talent management, employee / manager coaching, total compensation and rewards programs, and other general HR responsibilities.
To join our team, you must be passionate about developing people and have a strong and diverse human resources background. As HR Business Partner, you will have key responsibilities in the following areas of expertise:
Culture and Employee Engagement. Support our goal to have the Datalogix team be viewed as ?world class talent? and provide innovative ideas to maintain our status as one of Colorado?s top workplaces.
Organizational Design and Staffing. Work with management from your teams to design and develop an effective organization. Provide leadership for development and execution of staffing programs and process.
Performance Management. Support performance and talent management initiatives (including quarterly review process) for the teams that you?re engaged with, fostering results-based, continuous performance feedback.
Coaching. Guide and coach team members, providing tools to navigate challenging communication, manage conflict and provide direct and honest feedback to each other.
Compensation. Participate in the design, development and execution of compensation programs.
Systems. Utilize HR systems, including Ultimate Software?s Ultipro HRIS solution, to manage HR workflow and be a resource to others. Be part of decision making and rollout of any new HRIS modules.
Legal. Provide risk / reward analysis as related to employment law. Interface, as needed, with outside counsel.
Other hands-on HR generalist responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, OD or related field. PHR or SPHR preferred.
Strong business acumen and 5 to 7+ years establishing credibility, rapport and recognition as an influential HR partner in a complex, fast-paced, high growth environment
Well-developed team-building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience and confidence to effectively address sensitive people issues
Experience proactively developing and effectively introducing creative alternatives to traditional HR practices and programs as appropriate
Demonstrated success implementing and managing staffing programs and process
Competency in many HR functional areas: compensation; organizational development, employee relations and coaching, etc.
Knowledge and experience with U.S. employment law and HR compliance required; international experience a plus
Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on tactical work
Systems thinker experienced with an innovative online HRIS solution
Teamwork, collaboration and a passion for customer service
Ability and desire to embrace and manage change and ambiguity effectively
