POSITION SUMMARY
Provides project and program management support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS, compensation, and benefits. Strong analytical and planning skills, combined with the ability to meet organizational goals. A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong communication and project management skills, detail oriented, and with the ability to multitask.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Responds to employee and management queries, provides information related to HR policies, practices, and programs
2. Perform a variety of HR tasks and activities related to new hire processing, terminations, and compensation/Benefit actions
3. Maintain employee personnel records and ensure they meets regulatory compliance
4. Create new hire orientation packets and termination packets.
5. Conduct weekly new hire orientation sessions
6. Input employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database
7. Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
8. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EXEPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
2 4 years experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and be flexible to changes in priorities, multi-tasking skills mandatory
Must be able to work well in a team as well as independently.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
