The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, the ability to project a professional demeanor and knowledge of human resources.
? Manage front reception area, greeting visitors, managing deliveries and inquiries
? Manage scheduling and conference room space ? maintaining all office space
? Manage and maintain files and invoicing with office administration related vendors
? Order office supplies and manage storage and office furniture inventory
? Shop for snacks and drinks for the company, and manage stocking each day
? Assist HR team with support functions such as recruiting, new hire onboarding, and benefits
? Other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Software Expertise - Proven experience in the Microsoft Office Suite; expert in Microsoft Outlook.
Multi-Tasking - Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported.
Problem Solving ? Must be able to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in problem solving independently.
Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Four-year college degree, preferably in HR Management, with aspirations for a career in human resources
